Sara is an Integrative Counsellor in training and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in accordance with their ethical framework and professional standards. She is
currently in the final year of her counselling training and offers a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic space.
Sara works integratively, meaning she has trained in a range of therapeutic approaches including Person-Centred Therapy,
Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic approaches, Gestalt, Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential therapy, and trauma-informed approaches. She adapts her work to meet each client’s individual needs, recognising that everyone’s experiences and needs are different.
Sara has experience supporting clients with a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, low confidence and self-esteem, suicidal ideation, alcohol-related difficulties, work-related burnout, OCD, and relationship challenges.
Sara is neurodivergent herself, ADHD, which informs her interest in understanding the impact of neurodivergence and late diagnosis. She continues to develop her knowledge and skills in this area and aims to offer an informed, compassionate and neuro-affirming space for clients exploring neurodiversity and identity.
Sara understands that seeking therapy can feel daunting and strives to create a welcoming, kind and empathetic environment where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts and feelings and to be themselves. She offers face-to-
face sessions.
