Faaria is a qualified CBT Psychotherapist with over four years’ experience working within the NHS, delivering both low intensity and high intensity psychological therapies. She has substantial experience supporting autistic and ADHD adults, and understands many of the challenges neurodivergent clients can face when accessing services or engaging in traditional therapeutic models. Her approach is neuroaffirming and grounded in respect for each individual’s unique way of experiencing the world.

Her practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and she has specific experience adapting CBT frameworks to meet the needs of neurodiverse clients in a collaborative, flexible and person centred way. She has particular interest in anxiety, depression, health anxiety, cultural diversity and neurodiversity. Whether working face to face or online, Faaria aims to provide a therapeutic space that is safe, accepting and empowering, helping clients move toward greater clarity, resilience and self-understanding at a pace that feels right for them.
