Dr Sarah Angullia, is a HCPC-registered Clinical Psychologist with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in both inpatient and community settings. She has extensive experience in supporting neurodivergent individuals and those experiencing difficulties such as anxiety, depression, OCD, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, body image concerns, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
Dr Sarah is trained in the ADI-R (Autism Diagnostic Interview – Revised) and experienced in delivering comprehensive ADHD and Autism(ASD) assessments across all ages, which means she is a dual-qualified as an assessor.
Her therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based. She draws on models such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and systemic approaches. This allows her to tailor therapy to each individual, helping people to better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and make meaningful changes that align with their values.
Dr Sarah believes therapy should be a safe and supportive space. Her approach is compassionate, collaborative, culturally informed, and neuroaffirmative. She works hard to ensure clients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout our sessions. To make therapy more accessible, she offers evening appointments.”
