Dora is Specialist Autism Consultant, and member of the British Psychological Society and British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy, with over 35 years’ experience in the field of Autism.

Previously a CEO of one of the oldest pioneering Autism Charities, she now works freelance across the statutory, voluntary and private/corporate sector, offering business strategy, mentoring, supervision and training to senior executives and clinical practitioners alike. She also offers psychological therapies and work coaching to individuals on the autism spectrum, to couples, groups and families.

Dora’s mission is to ensure that best principles of neurodiversity and intersectionality drive both her practice and the practice of others. Working within an integrative framework, her primary modality is psychoeducational, adapting behavioural, cognitive behavioural, gestalt therapies amongst others, to support an autism centered and neuro-affirming approach.

Alongside Dr Kassy Drosou she has been conducting Autism assessments within the practice. They have been offering such assessment together for the past 20 years.
