Trainee Integrative Therapist Associate
Tara Goodbody is in the final year of an integrative training, completing a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She also holds an MSc in Social and Cultural Psychology. Tara provides integrative psychotherapy for adults and young people, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Humanistic approaches tailored to individual needs.
Tara has experience supporting clients with dyslexia and a keen interest in developing my practice to meet the needs of neurodivergent individuals, including those with Autism and ADHD. She is particularly interested in adapting Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and integrative methods to ensure my approach is flexible, accessible, and affirming for each person I work with.
Her therapeutic style is collaborative and thoughtful, encouraging clients to gain clarity, recognise recurring patterns, and explore new ways of relating to themselves and others. She aims to create a compassionate and reflective space where clients can explore their experiences, understand themselves more deeply, and build on their strengths.
